چکیده
Abstract Iron nanocatalyst for its potential application as Fenton's catalyst the degradation of methylene blue dye was synthesized with fruit extract Citrus maxima using bioleached laterite iron a precursor. Synthesized particles were characterized suitably and their catalytic role in rhodamine B by oxidation evaluated. The exhibits heterogeneous properties efficiency 93.6 91.3%, respectively. Observed rate constants are consistent increase dosage it speeds up reaction. follows pseudo-first-order reaction linear fit. Reusability studies confirm reduction nanoparticles after five consecutive cycles.

Rapid Degradation of Azo Dyes Using Nano-scale Zero Valent Iron
In the present study, nano-scale Zero Valent Iron (NZVI) was synthesized in ethanol medium by the method of ferric iron reduction using sodium borohydride as a reducing agent under atmospheric conditions. The obtained iron nanoparticles are mainly in zero valent oxidation state and remain without significant oxidation for hours. A systematic characterization of NZVI was performed using XRD, SEM...
